Location: Chandigarh

Qualification: Bachelor or Master degree

Reports To: Operations Manager and CFO

No. of employees required: 4

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

The responsibilities of the role will include

 Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

 Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Also command over written communication skills in English.

 Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics

 Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

 Seize opportunities to up-sell products when they arise

 Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

 Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

 Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level

 Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

 Evaluate and handle customer feedback with urgency and escalate as per company processes

 Work closely with accounting, verification and other administration teams

 Handle and allocate inbound email requests from customers as per company processes

 Negotiating, problem solving and dealing with complex enquiries

 Working with technology across multiple platforms

 Working in a fast paced environment where resilience and an ability to stay focused is a must

 Admin duties to assist Marketing and HR

 Ad hoc duties as required

Skills:

Ideally the successful applicant will possess the following:

 Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening and strong attention to details

 Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

 Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

 Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

 Excel and Word knowledge (intermediate to advanced would be an advantage)
