4. Job Responsibilities
The candidate should computer savvy well versed with latest GST Tally Version 9 and prepare the necessary GST Returns . Able to maintain all the necessary account books like Petty Cash Book, Cash and Bank Books, Customer Ledgers, Payment Receipts and Payments made to customers both manually and in the Computer system . General correspondence using MS Office Package and other related Billing software wrt to preparation of Invoices., etc. and other tasks assigned from time by the management.
The candidates for the post of Office Assistant should be well versed in Telegu , Tamil , English and be computer savvy with experience in Tally (GST Version), and MS Office packages. He/She should be able to maintain all Accounting Documents like Cash & Bank Book, Customer ledgers, Bank & Cash Receipts, and other related books, etc.both manually andin the computer system.
